“Dude, I lost my job din this pandemic”.

“Bhai, Mera dhanda dheema padh gaya hai”.

“Bro, the same company was offering me 30k before March but now it's offering me 22k”.

Indeed, From March 2020, three new emerged words- Covid 19, Lockdown and Pandemic has made some drastic changes in our life.

Some say the pandemic has caused us to lose many things- health, savings, mental peace, and the list goes on.

Some refer to it as god’s punishment for all our sins.

Some say the medical infrastructure in our country is not that good.

Some lockdown was not applied properly and abuses Govt.

More the mouths, more the shouts.

But the main concern is, between all this noise Lower class, the Lower middle class, and the middle-class masses are found in great danger. In rare cases, few upper-middle-class families as well.

Interestingly, we are missing out on the blessings in disguise.

Employees are getting leaves. Students are getting chuttis. And we are getting a long time for us to look back and analyze what’s wrong we have done till now that we are now earning in small figures and we didn’t have many funds for such emergency.

The answer is very simple, improper utilization of time and resources.

My dear friend, ask yourself one question, last time what training or meeting or webinar or class you have attended for self-growth? What is the latest book you have read and what learning you have from it? (Please don't say you have read Twilight Saga and Harry Porter)

Investing in self-growth is needed and the fun fact is somehow we are not taught of it, neither we had the urge for it. Maybe in our fast-paced life, we have missed that.

No worries, it's never too late for a good start.

(Bohot jyada ho raha kya? ) Is it too much? Let’s read this nice story.

In a village, there were two friends. Both have the desire to be rich. There was a scarcity of water in the village. Both of them decided to solve this problem. So they started to sell water from the nearest water source. They were happy making money. But, one had some different perspectives. He shared an idea to build a pipeline from the water source to the village as a better solution. As they hardly had time because they were working 8–9 hours a day hence the first friend denied it. But the second friend did not stop. He started taking baby steps to create the pipeline. After doing 8–9 hours of work he worked few hours to build that pipeline. It was tiring, but he wanted a better future so he continued. After 3 years the pipeline is completed and the villagers are now taking water from the pipeline. Gradually, the second friend becomes rich and now he has nothing to do to earn money.

Wait!

It feels like I am like the first friend who stopped improving, who stopped growing once the salary starts crediting in my “Salary Account”.

Yes, friends. We stopped thinking of that pipeline.

Creating a passive source of income is indeed a tiring long process but its rewarding.

No one is special. If you are good at something, you might have practiced something again and again and that’s the beauty.

No one is privileged. It’s just how we think, act, learn, improve and repeat the process.

Google won't say- “hey, you are not beautiful, don’t search anything in me”. The Internet has given us an open world. We are at the age of knowledge and that is the best part of our life that I can think of.

Read books, watch youtube videos to learn something, attend a free webinar. Do whatever you want, but invest that 1–2 hours each day to build that pipeline, to create your side hustle.

Signing out.

Happy living!
